"The first time I heard Misa speak, it was about a very difficult
issue. Her speaking ability made even the darkest of topics seem
hopeful. Listening to her inspired me immensely. Misa has a truly
amazing gift of communication...I knew I would gain speaking skills
meeting with Misa. What I did not expect was the amazing amount of
personal growth and change that resulted from this incredible
experience."

"Misa, our time with you made such a difference. I will be sending
an email soon, to everyone we know, telling them that. Rachael was
shaking like a leaf moments before she was announced, but she went
to home plate and knocked it out of the park. The auditorium was full
and the staff gave her a standing ovation at the end.
The Sr. manager said no one has ever gotten a standing ovation in
these monthly staff meetings in the 23 years she's been there."
